ATC Management – Artist Manager (UK)

ATC Management is a highly respected artist management company with offices in the UK, America and Europe. Our company was founded to provide artists with a holistic style of representation, bringing an unparalleled level of creative and strategic thinking to their careers.

This is an opportunity for a highly organized and forward-thinking manager to join a team consisting of the Business Director and one of our Artist Managers within our Camden, London office. The ideal candidate should be personable, adaptable, team player, highly organized and possess a high attention to detail. They will need to have a minimum of 2 years working within an arts-based organization and be able to lead a global pop campaign and perform at a very high level in a fast-paced environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
  • Run a global pop campaign for an internationally renowned artist
  • Organize and execute photo shoots, video shoots, press days and more
  • Manage the relationship between the artist &; their label teams, editors, producers, directors, stylists and more
  • Executive assistance to said artist, including but not limited to; calendar management, meeting planning, research, travel booking, expense management
  • Prepare budgets for performances, recordings and events and manage the deadlines and deliverables of these things
  • Manage administrative tasks related to obtaining visas, passports, insurance policies, carnets and other necessary business forms and functions
  • Engage with artists’ social media requirements i.e. planning, writing, data transfers, asset delivery, post optimization
  • Act as key point of contact for all third parties, filtering information as needed for Director/Manager/Artist.
  • Act as a central point for the extended team to share information and plan, including record companies, labels, publishers, agents, attorneys, business leaders and more
  • Communicate effectively with these teams ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Work closely with various accountants regarding invoicing, payments and revenue tracking
  • Manage copyright registrations and live performance reports with PROs and agents (e.g. PPL, PRS, BMI). Maintain accurate discographies, sync confirmations and payment and song split sheets. Spot check royalty statements for inaccurate reporting
  • Review sync and branding opportunities as needed and manage sync databases
  • Liaise with relevant merchandise companies and assist in the maintenance of online stores
  • Keen to travel both in London and overseas to undertake various tasks on behalf of management and artists
The ideal candidate will be:
  • 2+ years in one or more of the following roles: Artist Management or Product Management
  • Extremely well organized with strong time management skills
  • An exceptional communicator
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to provide help when needed
  • Function well within a team and be adaptable
  • Reactive, resourceful and enterprising
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Possess a high degree of computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel
  • Have a good knowledge of the use of social media, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Soundcloud, etc.
  • Capable of basic image and video editing
  • Passionate about art, aesthetics, people and music
  • Willing to travel
