About the role

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive individual to the position of Library Technology Manager. The role will involve daily analysis, maintenance, integration, management and reporting on a range of library systems across multiple platforms. Now is the perfect time to join the University of Southampton Library Services team as a Library Technology Manager. This key role will manage and develop our integrated library system and resource discovery systems working closely with our iSolutions leadership to ensure the delivery of a high quality, inspirational experience to over 23,000 students and staff across all campus. As a member of the Library Services Technology team, you will manage and support the current integrated library system and help develop and deploy a next-generation library services platform over the course of the year at to come. The Library Technology Manager will join a talented team in an exciting and challenging time, managing and delivering the transformation of our library technologies, improving access to our world-class collections and improving our user experience.
