EXXIR GROUP is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and passionate project manager to join our development team. Our mixed-use and multi-family developments are primarily located in the heart of Dallas’ Bishop Arts District, where we strive to create the most enjoyable and unique experiences in Dallas.

Our team is looking for a project manager who:

  • Enjoy managing projects from start to finish
  • Nerd about design details and excited to see it executed in the field
  • Likes to be involved in all aspects of the project
  • Is secretly also an interior designer

What you will need for this position:

  • Manage the design and permitting process for large mixed-use and multi-family development projects through to small tenant improvement projects
  • Ability to work closely with the Principal Architect and Construction Manager on the review and approval of interior and exterior programming, design development documents, construction documents, selections and purchases of furniture, RFIs and tenders
  • Provide administrative support for the build to the internal development team
  • Effectively documents and communicates design requirements and design solutions
  • Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects at various stages of development and construction
  • Have strong communication and time management skills
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in design and project management
  • Bachelor of Architecture preferred
  • Mastery of AutoCAD essential, Revit experience a plus
  • Knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
